Chapter 16: Suspecting She Is a Liar

Old Man Guan froze for a few seconds. A vague memory flickered in his mind—someone wanting to deliver a letter of his. He had thought it was just a dream, never imagining someone would actually come to help him deliver it. He said excitedly, "Do you know where Xiao Lian is?!"

"I do," Rong Leying replied. "Give the item to me. My high-speed train leaves in an hour, and I need to go now."

When did the old man find out the address? If he knew the address, why didn't he go himself? Why ask this person to deliver it?

Old Man Guan said in surprise, "Xiao Lian is in the village right next to her hometown?!"

That's right, this was the village next to Grandma Shen's hometown. They had gone there before to look for her, but they hadn't found anyone.
