What we use
- Account and sign-in information.
- Reading progress, library, collections, comments, reviews, profile settings, and economy records.
- Pseudonymous analytics events when analytics is allowed.
- Technical and security signals needed to prevent abuse.
Payments and providers
Payment providers handle payment credentials. Polyread records the resulting order, balance, and settlement state, not card details.
Cookies and analytics
When permitted, pseudonymous analytics may include campaign attribution, reading and conversion events, browser performance measurements, interaction heatmaps, and sampled session replays. Replay collection uses strict masking and excludes credential, account, profile, wallet, payment, and free-text entry surfaces. Regional consent behavior and the available controls are described in the Cookie Policy. Refusing analytics does not change reading features.
Access and deletion
Account controls and a dedicated privacy-request channel will be completed before public launch. Financial, abuse-prevention, and anonymized aggregate records may require different retention periods.
