Chu Liuyue tilted her head slightly, looking up at the five-story Library Pavilion before her.

The gilded characters on the plaque shimmered brilliantly under the sunlight.

"This is the Library Pavilion."

Standing beside Chu Liuyue was Elder Mocang.

Seeing the two of them, two young men dressed in academy uniforms standing before the main entrance bowed respectfully

In the center were rows of shelves, also packed with books.

He cleared his throat and emphasized

"This is the first floor. It houses tens of thousands of books related to martial artist cultivation."

Chu Liuyue nodded with a calm expression.

Elder Mocang felt even more displeased.

The treasures within the Taiyan Academy Library Pavilion could be described as vast as the sea. For an ordinary family, possessing even a few martial arts techniques was considered rare; even for great clans, they would have at most a few hundred.

"Please do not misunderstand. I did not mean it that way. I am simply saying that a portion of them are."

"You!"

"Chu Liuyue! You had better be polite! If you speak insolently again, even if you take first place in the Qingjiao Assembly, we will still kick you out!"

Chu Liuyue looked at him very sincerely

"Elder Mocang, you are truly overthinking it. It is not that I am being disrespectful to your academy, but many of the books in here truly are not worth collecting."

As she spoke, she walked to the side and casually picked up a book.

The number of students their academy recruited was far higher than that of Tianlu Academy, so the corresponding standards were naturally not as high as Tianlu Academy's.

Currently, there were still many students who were Second-Stage martial artists within Taiyan Academy.

Elder Mocang sneered

He raised his hand and pointed upstairs

"The third floor holds Mystic Arrays, and the fourth floor holds medicinal formulas. I have matters to attend to, so I won't guide you further. Do as you please."

He felt that if he stayed with Chu Liuyue any longer, he might actually fall ill from anger.

Chu Liuyue did not mind. She simply looked up and asked curiously

"What about the fifth floor?"

Elder Mocang's expression instantly became much more serious.

"The fifth floor is a place where only the Principal is allowed to enter. Although you can borrow books here for free for one month, that does not include the fifth floor."

Chu Liuyue nodded in understanding.

"The books on these four floors should be enough for you to read. As long as you follow the rules here, we naturally won't make things difficult for you. But if we find you doing... something else here, don't blame us for being unkind."

Chu Liuyue agreed with a beaming smile.

"Please rest assured. I won't be here for long, so I won't waste time on other matters."

Only then did Elder Mocang feel relieved. After giving a few more instructions, he left.

Inside the Library Pavilion, Chu Liuyue was soon left alone.

She looked at the glowing orbs before her, one arm folded across her chest while the other lightly tapped her chin
