Chapter 10: She Kicked Open His Door

"Your Majesty... Your Majesty, please spare our lives." The palace maids and eunuchs knelt on the ground, trembling. It wasn't that they didn't want to go in, but that they were simply too terrified to move their feet.

Nangong Ye looked down at the trembling crowd. "Fifty strokes of the board for each person."
