Originally, Changle had no intention of paying this man any mind, but hearing him say this, she suddenly turned her gaze toward him. Her eyes were deep, and her red lips curled into a cold smirk. "A blind person sees everything backward. Who are you, and what right do you have to point fingers in front of the Xu family?"

Since he had called her arrogant and domineering from the very start, then what if she was?

"Changle, he is the famous Duke of Zhen, the Empress's brother. You have offended him; shouldn't you hurry and apologize to him?" Xu Ruoshi rushed over, pretending to be the good person, to pull at Changle.

Changle immediately brushed her hand off coldly, her eyes incredibly sharp. "You'd better stay away from me. Why should I apologize to him? So what if he is the Duke of Zhen?"

When he was saying I am arrogant and domineering, did he ever think about whether I could save face?"

When it came to people she hated, she was never polite in her speech.

Could this Yan Chenyu not see that all of Xu Ruoshi's kindness and gentleness were fake?
