010. Monster!

She discovered that near her heart, within her dantian, a cluster of dazzling white light was shrouded, surrounded by swirling mist.

Her divine sense attempted to penetrate the white mist, but it ended in failure; she simply could not peer through it and had no choice but to give up. Consequently, she mobilized her divine sense to try and enter the space, which also ended in failure.

As the qi circulated through one full revolution, Yun Qin discovered a faint surging of spiritual qi within her dantian, a realization that made her ecstatic.

She immediately finished her cultivation and left her bed. Upon reaching the outside of the room, she gave a few instructions to Yun Han, who was waiting outside, and then headed to the study filled with countless books.

She needed a quiet environment to refine it properly.

After bolting the door, Yun Qin sat cross-legged on the floor, formed another hand seal, and entered a state of meditation. She sat like this for three days and four nights.

In a certain silent yet luxurious great hall, a throne of cold jade sat high above the hall. Scattered messily around it were several massive bronze wine jars, some of which were still leaking crimson wine.

Upon the throne lay a man, sleeping soundly.

The man possessed peerless looks, his features deep as if carved by blades and axes, appearing like a descending deity. However, his black robe draped loosely over his body, exposing a strong and firm chest, making him appear much more casual.

Suddenly, he opened his eyes, his red pupils surging with an excited light.

"Monster!" The man sighed and abruptly sat up, his gaze peering toward a certain place as he gave a wicked smile.

He had originally thought she would need at least over a month to refine the Saint Pearl, but who would have thought it would be done in just three or four days...

Thinking on it, that day would not be far off!

"Hahahaha!" The man looked up toward the ceiling arrogantly, laughing with extreme wildness.

After three consecutive light sounds, Yun Qin slowly opened her eyes, her face filled with undisguised joy.

It was a success!

"How long have I been inside?" Yun Qin asked, ignoring the angry gazes of Cang Yun and the others.

"Almost four days."

Four days!

Yun Qin was astonished. Wasn't it supposed to take at least a month? She had actually finished refining it in just four days...

Hmm, even thinking about it made her admire herself.
