"Press her down hard! Drown her for this young lady!"

Standing in the shade with her hands on her hips, Yun Mo watched as two sturdy-looking nannies in the courtyard pressed Yun Qin's head down into a basin of water, her expression bordering on madness.

She had finally waited until her grandfather went into seclusion and her father had sent Yun Zhong and Yun Han away; this time, no matter what, she was going to kill this little wretch!

"Wuu, wuu, wuu... Second Young Lady, I beg you, please let Third Young Lady go." Hong Xiao, a maid kneeling to one side, crawled on her knees toward Yun Mo, clutching her legs and pleading bitterly.

"You lowly wench, get away from me!" Yun Mo looked with disgust at the dress that had been touched, smoothing out non-existent wrinkles, before delivering a vicious kick to Hong Xiao's chest.

"Thud!" Hong Xiao was kicked so hard she slammed into the ground, nearly losing consciousness.

She struggled to crawl up twice but failed, only able to lie on the ground and say indignantly, "Second Young Lady, the Master dotes on Third Young Lady more than anyone. If he finds out you killed her, you will surely suffer!"

Yun Mo looked at her as if she were an idiot, smiling charmingly. "Hehehe, who would know that I killed her? You? Sorry, by the time Grandfather comes out of seclusion, Yun Qin will have 'died of illness.' Her body will be cremated; who could tell how she died? And as for you, because Yun Qin 'died of illness,' you will be so heartbroken that you will take your own life."

Speaking of that old thing Yun Canghai, her heart was filled with rage. They were clearly both his granddaughters, yet the way he treated Yun Qin compared to her was like heaven and earth.

Of course, Yun Qin was heaven, and she, Yun Mo, was earth!

"Yun Mo, you devil wearing a mask of kindness, you are bound to die a horrible death!" Hong Xiao's eyes were brimming with hatred; though her voice was weak, her momentum was not.

"Hahahaha!"

Yun Mo laughed arrogantly, saying triumphantly, "Whether I die a horrible death or not, I don't know, but you and that wretch Yun Qin certainly won't be around to see it."

As she spoke, her sharp gaze turned to the side. "Hong Ling, Lü'e, Lürui, you three, come here. Kill this little wench for me, so she can keep Yun Qin company in the underworld."

"Yes, Second Young Lady." The three of them took a length of white silk and surrounded Hong Xiao.

Hong Xiao looked at them with heartache. "Hong Ling, Lü'e, Lürui, you are Third Young Lady's maids. How can you do something so treacherous for personal gain?"

"Hong Xiao, are you stupid? The master we recognize has always been the Second Young Lady."

Hong Ling looked arrogant as she wrapped the white silk twice around Hong Xiao's neck. She held one end herself and handed the other to Lü'e and Lürui, pulling in opposite directions.

Struggling against the silk, Hong Xiao managed to squeeze a single sentence out of her throat, "Even... if I... become a ghost... I won't... let you go..."

"Heh, we'll talk about it when you're a ghost," Hong Ling sneered disdainfully, her movements not slowing down in the slightest.

"Second Young Lady, this little brat has stopped moving. I expect she's dead," the nanny pressing Yun Qin said, turning to Yun Mo with a fawning expression.

"This little wretch has a long life; press her down for a bit longer. Make sure she is thoroughly dead!" Yun Mo instructed.

However, at that moment, there was a sudden splash. Yun Qin, who had previously been motionless, abruptly jerked her head up from the water, sending droplets flying in all directions.

Taking advantage of the moment everyone was stunned, Yun Qin kicked out left and right, actually kicking the two sturdy nannies flying away. They slammed into a wall and a tree trunk respectively before falling heavily to the ground.

Yun Mo froze, staring at Yun Qin in disbelief.
