Chapter 23: It's Raining in the Toilet

"Sure, I actually need to use the restroom anyway."

Zhong Pinliang's words were exactly what Lin Yi had in mind.

Although he had caught the Dean of Students in a compromising position this morning, Lin Yi wasn't sure if the Dean would actually help him if things went south. Having these guys look for a secluded place was perfect.

Seeing Lin Yi agree so readily, Zhong Pinliang felt a bit awkward, exchanging puzzled glances with Zhang Naipao and Gao Xiaofu.

In the past, whenever they tried to teach someone a lesson, the victims would be terrified. If they heard they were being taken to the restroom, they would usually beg for mercy.

Only Lin Yi actually said he happened to need the restroom!

"Then let's go!"

Zhong Pinliang felt quite annoyed; talking to Lin Yi provided none of the thrill of bullying.

"Sister Yao, look how cocky Brother Jianpai is!"

Chen Yushu waved her small fists excitedly. "There's going to be a good show in a bit!"

"I think he's just got a hole in his brain. Facing three people all by himself, yet still acting so tough," Chu Mengyao said, curling her lip.

As Lin Yi and the four of them left the classroom, they saw Chu Mengyao and Chen Yushu standing right at the door.

Lin Yi didn't mind much; he had long known that the little girl Chen Yushu would come to watch the commotion. However, Zhong Pinliang immediately switched to a fawning smile. "Yaoyao, what are you doing here?"

"Why can't I be here? I'll stay wherever I want. Is that any of your business?"

Chu Mengyao rolled her eyes at him. "What about you guys? What are you doing?"

"Me? This bumpkin doesn't know how to behave, so I'm teaching him how to be a man!"

Zhong Pinliang didn't know that Lin Yi and Chu Mengyao were acquainted; he assumed they had no connection.

In Zhong Pinliang's view, women generally liked strong men. The more dominant he acted, the more security he thought he could provide. Therefore, he always acted arrogant and overbearing in front of Chu Mengyao, unaware that it only made her more repulsed.

"Oh, then you really should teach him well!"

As Chu Mengyao said this, she gave Lin Yi a faint, sideways glance, thinking to herself: *Serves you right for taking advantage of me yesterday. You're getting your karma today.*

"Right, right!"

Hearing Chu Mengyao support his view, Zhong Pinliang was overjoyed. It turned out Chu Mengyao liked watching him bully others! It seemed she liked those delinquent types. If he had known she had a taste for that, wouldn't he have wooed her long ago?

"Go Lin Yi! Go Lin Yi!"

Chen Yushu, however, shouted out at the most inappropriate moment.

Zhong Pinliang's face darkened. He wondered if these two sisters were actually on the same side. Did Chen Yushu actually like a bumpkin like Lin Yi?

Though annoyed, Zhong Pinliang could only pretend he hadn't heard her. After all, he couldn't afford to provoke this little lady; her brother could punch him straight into outer space.

"Xiaoshu, why are you cheering for him?" Chu Mengyao frowned.

"Oh, if you cheer for Zhong Pinliang, then I'll cheer for Lin Yi. That's only fair!" Chen Yushu argued logically.

Lin Yi didn't linger; he turned and walked into the men's restroom.

"Hey, can't you guys just do it here? Don't go into the restroom!"

Chen Yushu didn't want them to go inside; if they did, she wouldn't be able to see the show.

Zhong Pinliang pointed toward the restroom, indicating that Lin Yi had already entered and there was nothing he could do. Originally, he had wanted to settle things in the school corridor. Although that might attract the Dean, he was willing to take the risk to please the beauties.

In truth, students like Zhong Pinliang were still quite afraid of their homeroom teachers and the Dean on the surface. After all, his status was still that of a student, unlike the street thugs who feared nothing. If the Dean actually reported his misconduct to his father, life at home wouldn't be easy.

However, in most cases, the teachers and the Dean turned a blind eye to "young masters" like him who came from wealthy families. They knew he wouldn't study, so as long as he didn't cause major trouble, they let him be.

"How about you guys come in and watch too?" Zhong Pinliang suggested after a moment's hesitation.

"Oh, but that's the men's restroom!"

Chen Yushu pointed at the large character for "Men" above the door. "Xiao Liangzi, you wouldn't make us break the rules, would you?"

Zhong Pinliang was quite annoyed at being called "Xiao Liangzi," but he had no way to retaliate. He forced a smile. "It's fine. Everyone is at morning exercises. No one uses the restroom at this hour! We're going in!"

Fearing that Lin Yi might lock himself in a stall and refuse to come out, Zhong Pinliang quickly rushed into the restroom with Zhang Naipao and Gao Xiaofu.

"Sister Yao, should we go in too?"

Chen Yushu didn't want to miss this spectacular moment. She wanted to see the scene where Lin Yi gave Zhong Pinliang a thrashing.

"Is that a good idea?"

Chu Mengyao hesitated. After all, she had never entered a men's restroom in her life.

"Oh, what's the big deal? Didn't Zhong Pinliang say no one is using the restroom right now?"

Without waiting for an answer, Chen Yushu grabbed Chu Mengyao's hand and ran toward the men's restroom.

"Hey!"

Chu Mengyao sighed. She felt a vague sense of unease, a premonition that something was wrong.

Lin Yi actually did need to use the restroom!

He had drunk a large bowl of noodle soup this morning, and during the first two classes, he had been too busy familiarizing himself with the classroom environment to wander around.

The restroom was quite high-end, featuring individual urinals, unlike the pit latrines in the village. Even in the mountain village where Lin Yi used to live, people just found any random spot to go.

As Lin Yi was comfortably relieving himself, he heard footsteps behind him. Through the side glass, he saw the figures of Zhong Pinliang, Zhang Naipao, and Gao Xiaofu.

"Holy crap, this kid is actually peeing in here?"

Gao Xiaofu's eyes widened. He was amazed by Lin Yi's lack of caution. How did this kid seem so fearless?

"Leave it to me!"

Zhong Pinliang gave a wicked grin and ran toward Lin Yi. Yesterday, Lin Yi had delivered a flying kick to his backside; today, he was going to return the favor!

Furthermore, a person urinating is most vulnerable to external distractions. If interrupted, they might experience a sudden loss of flow at best, or even suffer a medical issue at worst. One had to admit that Zhong Pinliang was quite devious. By choosing to kick Lin Yi at this moment, he could not only potentially kick him directly into the urinal but also scare him half to death.

With a grin stretching across his face, Zhong Pinliang crept toward Lin Yi.

Lin Yi had already seen Zhong Pinliang's movements through the reflection in the side window and found it somewhat amusing.

Just as Zhong Pinliang reached his back, Lin Yi spun around abruptly. Gritting his teeth, he directed a stream of urine straight at Zhong Pinliang.

"Ah—!"

Zhong Pinliang was instantly terrified. His plan had been completely disrupted by Lin Yi, and he scrambled to dodge backward!

However, how could Zhong Pinliang's speed compare to the velocity of a high-pressure water gun?

As Zhong Pinliang screamed, he felt as if it were raining on his face, leaving him soaked. The most tragic part was that he had opened his mouth wide while screaming. Now, he had a mouthful of Lin Yi's urine...
