"Very well. After all, Lord Imu's restructuring plan mainly targets your Administration Department and..." Saint Marcus Mars glanced at Saint Jaygarcia Saturn beside him.

"And my Judicial Department, correct?" the latter replied with a visible smile of pleasure.

The former merely nodded. According to Lord Imu's plan, the scale and influence of the Judicial Department would increase significantly in the near future.

"In that case, I will speak regarding the Administration Department."

Saint Topman Warcury took over the conversation.

"According to this proposal, the first step is to incorporate outstanding administrative and financial talents from various nations into the World Government. Simultaneously, we will heavily support the expansion of relevant professional schools, and then have these individuals research the specific matters of the Administration Department's restructuring."

"The document specifically mentions several heavy-industry nations in the North Blue. This is a matter that requires investigation by CIPHER POL."

Saint Shepherd Ju Peter nodded. "No problem. I will ensure CP4 gives it the necessary attention."

"Good."

Saint Topman Warcury continued: "I feel that Lord Imu's requirements for this restructuring are more akin to refinement and expansion. Previously, there was only an Administrative Division under the Administration Department, which then assigned tasks to various field groups."

"Now, these groups have become Department-level entities. Although they still fall under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Division, they are now officially established departments. Furthermore, a Religious Department, a Health Department, and an Educational Department have been added."

"The Religious Department's duty is to manage and supervise all religious organizations. In the future, all religions, large and small, will be standardized."

"The Health Department will be responsible for all matters related to medical care, pharmaceuticals, and diseases worldwide. This includes all hospitals, pharmacies, and medical personnel, including the medical colleges currently under construction, all of whom must be regulated."

"Finally, this Educational Department..." He hesitated for a moment before continuing.

"It will be responsible for all educational institutions, as well as supporting and establishing various types of schools. It must also urge and support member nations to establish schools to ensure that the citizens of all member nations receive basic literacy and mathematics education."

With every sentence, Saint Topman Warcury could foresee that these departments would require a massive influx of personnel and consume vast amounts of money.

But he did not dare to speak up, nor did he dare to ask.
