It is already apparent that many of you do not like some of the earlier plots in this story.

I once considered whether I should change my approach and remove those segments.

After much thought, I have decided to keep them.

Childbirth for women in ancient times was even more brutal than what is described in this book; I wanted to record it so that we may all cherish the happiness of this era together.

These parts are not extensive and are mainly concentrated in the first forty-odd chapters.
