Dual Transmigration: Starting as a Reseller

Chapter 52: Lin Wei's Research. (Please keep reading)

In the modern world, Chen Feng's figure appeared inside the airplane's restroom.

Seeing that the restroom door had not been opened, he breathed a sigh of relief.

This proved that although approximately two and a half hours had passed for him in the scroll world, only a short while had passed in the modern world.

Chen Feng took out his phone to check; the time was currently 9:30 PM.

He had entered the scroll world around 9:00 PM, which meant only about half an hour had passed in the modern world.

"A time dilation of nearly five times. One day is equivalent to five days."

Chen Feng's pupils contracted; he had already calculated the ratio of time flow.

This change was both good and bad for him.

The good part was that his speed of transporting supplies would increase in the future; the operating speed of the conveyor belt in the other world was equivalent to five times that of the modern world. It would be much more convenient to transport supplies to the real world from now on.

But the bad part was the five-fold time dilation. If he were delayed by something in the modern world, a long time might pass in the scroll world, and any number of accidents could occur.

Furthermore, Chen Feng did not know if this time dilation would affect his lifespan.

Moreover, he felt that this time dilation might not just be five times; the scroll might change in the future.

"Why think so much? I'll take it one step at a time," Chen Feng thought, feeling he was overthinking. He was still so young, yet he was already worrying about his lifespan.

At that moment, noisy sounds came from outside the restroom.

"What's going on! Taking a bathroom break for half an hour? Even constipation doesn't take this long!"

"Exactly. He's been in the restroom since the plane took off. We're both in first class, so why does he have this privilege?"

"I'm going to complain to your airline about this discriminatory treatment!"

These voices were clearly several first-class passengers expressing their dissatisfaction to a flight attendant.

Chen Feng also heard the flight attendant, who had given him her phone number, trying to explain.

Chen Feng put away the scroll hanging in the restroom and then opened the door.

Seeing Chen Feng emerge, the passengers at the door instantly stopped arguing.

Having just returned from the scroll world, Chen Feng still carried a lingering aura of murderous intent.

"Sir, are you alright?" the flight attendant asked gently. Chen Feng had indeed stayed in the restroom for quite a long time, and she was afraid something had happened to him.

Chen Feng waved his hand. "Thank you, I'm fine."

With that, Chen Feng returned to his seat.

The passengers had originally intended to reprimand him, but after making eye contact with Chen Feng, they each backed down and said nothing more.

The next morning, the plane Chen Feng was on landed.

As soon as he landed and turned on his phone, he discovered several missed calls.

There were calls from Liu Mu, Li Xiaorou, and finally, a call from Jack.

Chen Feng first returned Li Xiaorou's call.

On the phone, Li Xiaorou told Chen Feng that "Healing No. 1" had been successfully launched, and the first batch of medicine had been delivered to the pharmacies of various major hospitals.

It had also entered the medical insurance catalog; in a few days, they would receive feedback from patients.

Li Xiaorou sounded very happy. She asked where Chen Feng had gone and said she wanted to take him to the hospital to see patient feedback and perhaps have the media report on it.

Regarding this matter, Chen Feng simply told Li Xiaorou to handle it alone; he had no desire to appear before the media.

Just as he hung up with Li Xiaorou, Chen Feng's phone rang again; it was an unknown number.

Chen Feng answered, and a magnetic female voice came from the other end

"Professor Chen, where are you? It's Lin Wei. I've found a way to solve the problem!"

Inside the research lab of Xingfeng Mining.

Chen Feng appeared here; he had rushed back immediately after receiving Lin Wei's call.

This concerned his grand plan for cultivation, so he naturally had to be cautious.

There were only Chen Feng and Lin Wei in the entire research lab; the other researchers were absent.

"What method did you find?" Chen Feng asked directly.

Lin Wei did not answer immediately. Her beautiful eyes gazed at Chen Feng as she asked

"Tell me first, can that energy be absorbed by the human body? This answer is very important."

Chen Feng nodded, which served as a tacit affirmation.

"Very good. You previously said that the absorption of this energy slowed down because the surrounding environment lacked it. After my repeated studies of this energy, I discovered that it is actually very similar to quantum energy."

Lin Wei's opening words left Chen Feng stunned.

This was because it had already entered his blind spot of knowledge.

Quantum energy belonged to the realm of quantum physics.

Chen Feng only knew that quantum physics was an important branch of physics, primarily studying the motion laws of microscopic particles, including atoms, molecules, condensed matter, atomic nuclei, and elementary particles.

Along with relativity, it was considered one of the two fundamental pillars of modern physics.

As for anything else, Chen Feng did not know.

"Professor Lin, just tell me your solution," Chen Feng said, fearing that Lin Wei would go on and on about quantum physics.

Adjusting her glasses, Lin Wei said

"I discovered that the energy you gave me is also a form of energy at the microscopic level. Its mode of existence is very similar to quantum particles; therefore, it should also possess quantum characteristics."

"My method is to manufacture corresponding equipment based on the particles of this energy, which would allow us to concentrate and collect it."

"But this still requires experimentation. I need more of this energy for research."

After listening to Lin Wei, Chen Feng finally understood.

According to Lin Wei, spiritual qi was also composed of various microscopic particles, and these particles were very similar to quantum energy.

As long as the corresponding equipment was manufactured, it would be possible to collect and store spiritual qi.

This would indeed solve the problem he was currently facing.

"Then how do we make this equipment?" Chen Feng asked.

Lin Wei replied, "The first step is the need for quantum sensors. And not just ordinary quantum sensors, but quantum sensors 'based on superconducting qubits.' Only by using such equipment for modification is it possible to sense the particles within the energy."

"The second step is to manufacture corresponding collection equipment based on the particle characteristics sensed by the quantum sensors. This will require a vast amount of equipment."

"For example, micro-nano fabrication equipment, atomic force microscopes, optical equipment, and photolithography machines..."

As Lin Wei began to speak incessantly, Chen Feng interrupted her immediately: "Just tell me how much it will cost."

Chen Feng felt that he shouldn't bother researching this; it sounded too troublesome. He just wanted to know the price.

Lin Wei pondered for a moment and said

"I cannot give you an exact figure for the total cost. A single high-end EUV photolithography machine capable of manufacturing quantum sensors costs an astronomical sum, and currently, the only company in the world capable of producing such machines is ASML in the Netherlands."

At this moment, Chen Feng had a sudden thought: he wanted to go and rob that company.
