Dual Transmigration: Starting as a Reseller
Chapter 45: Woman, it's not good to just walk into someone else's house
“Is that weapon truly as powerful as you say?”
Jiang Yaotian's eyes burned with intensity.
Jiang Chen nodded. “That weapon can launch metal objects from a great distance with extreme penetrating power. Unless one is wearing specialized armor, it would be absolutely impossible for a Post-Natal martial artist to withstand it. If the two Elders hadn't stood before me at that moment, I fear I wouldn't have seen my father again.”
Thinking back to that scene, Jiang Chen still felt a lingering sense of dread.
“Very well. Four Elders, come with me to take a look. The rest of you, wait here!” Jiang Yaotian commanded.
The Jiang family currently possessed seven experts in the Pre-Natal realm. With four following him, five would be traveling, leaving two behind to guard the premises, which was perfectly acceptable.
Jiang Yaotian was filled with curiosity regarding that weapon. He desperately wanted to witness it for himself to see if it truly lived up to Jiang Chen's description. If their Jiang family could obtain such a thing, their strength would undoubtedly reach a new level.
“Father, I will go with you!” Jiang Chen volunteered again; he had no desire to stay behind.
“Fine then, you may follow. However, you are only permitted to observe. I won't be able to protect you if things go south!” Jiang Yaotian did not refuse.
This time, Jiang Yaotian was only going to scout; he was still waiting for news from Jiang Hong. Only when Chen Feng was captured by Jiang Hong would he mobilize all the Jiang family martial artists.

At the entrance of the abandoned mine of the Xingfeng Sect, seven or eight bodies of Xingfeng Sect martial artists lay scattered on the ground.
Standing before them was a woman clad in armor with her hands clasped behind her back. This was none other than Jiang Hong.
Jiang Hong had entered the Xingfeng Sect long ago; the sect's martial artists had not sensed her arrival at all. For a Transcendent realm expert, entering the Xingfeng Sect undetected was almost effortless.
“This should be the place where that Chen Feng is in seclusion.”
Upon entering the sect, Jiang Hong had immediately pinpointed Chen Feng's location. She glanced at the pitch-black mine and began walking slowly into the cavern.
Just as she reached the entrance, her footsteps faltered.
On both sides above the entrance of the abandoned mine, two peculiar objects were hanging, emitting a red glow and featuring surfaces that looked like mirrors. These were surveillance cameras installed by Chen Feng. He had also installed several others throughout the Xingfeng Sect to monitor its status while he was in seclusion.
“What are these?”
Curious, Jiang Hong extended her right hand, releasing a burst of astral qi. The two cameras instantly fell to the ground. She picked one up and examined it closely, her face filled with wonder as she looked at the electronic components inside.
Her knowledge was vast; in her younger years, she had traveled through several neighboring countries, yet she had never seen anything like this. This was completely beyond the scope of her understanding.
*It seems this man's secrets are far more numerous than I imagined,* Jiang Hong thought to herself.
She continued her stride into the mine. The interior was pitch black, but her vision was extraordinary, allowing her to spot the door to the secret chamber not far away. The door had been rebuilt by Chen Feng using Sun-Flare Iron, which was several times thicker than before.
Reaching the door, Jiang Hong took a moment to inspect it before throwing a punch toward it.
A sound like a massive bell rang out through the mine, causing the entire cavern to tremble slightly. The door was blasted open, and the nearly thirty-centimeter-thick iron door was left visibly dented.
“Quite sturdy, actually.”
Jiang Hong was somewhat surprised. The hardness of the door exceeded her expectations; her punch hadn't shattered it, but had merely dented it.
She then entered the secret chamber with caution. She did not dare to be careless; when facing an unknown opponent, prudence was the only option. Even though she was a Transcendent expert, it did not mean she was invincible.
As she entered, the sight before her caused her pupils to contract instantly. Everything inside the chamber made it feel as though she had stepped into an entirely new world. Most notably, there was a massive high-pressure oxygen chamber in the center of the room—an object she couldn't identify at all.
*What is this person's background? To possess so many miraculous items.*
At this moment, Jiang Hong did not feel the excitement that Jiang Xiao and He Sandao had felt upon seeing these things. Instead, she became incredibly vigilant. To become a Transcendent expert, she possessed not only exceptional martial talent but, more importantly, a disciplined temperament. Her instinct for danger was exceptionally sharp.
Jiang Hong scanned the room, and only after confirming no one was present did she slowly begin to retreat. Since Chen Feng wasn't here, she had no intention of touching anything; there was no telling if there were traps.
Just as Jiang Hong turned to walk out of the chamber, a detached voice sounded from behind her.
“Hey, isn't it a bit rude to enter someone's home without saying hello?”
Hearing the voice behind her, Jiang Hong was struck with terror!
She instantly leaped forward, putting dozens of meters of distance between herself and the chamber door before spinning around to face the interior.
Inside the chamber, a man stood with his arms crossed, watching her. He had short hair and was wearing attire she had never seen before.
“You are that Chen Feng?” Jiang Hong's eyes narrowed.
According to the Jiang family's investigation, Chen Feng did indeed frequently wear such strange clothing, which had led the family to speculate that he might hail from another country. However, what Jiang Hong couldn't fathom was how Chen Feng had suddenly appeared in the secret chamber. He had managed to hide from her perception; she had been certain the room was empty just moments ago.
Chen Feng was also observing Jiang Hong from a distance. As a Level 2 Qi Refinement cultivator, he could immediately sense the massive surge of blood qi within the woman before him—a vitality that far surpassed that of a Pre-Natal expert.
*Above the Pre-Natal realm? Good thing I'm not too late,* Chen Feng thought.
Originally, Chen Feng had planned to wait half an hour before using the airplane restroom to enter the Scroll World. However, he felt uneasy; since the flow of time had changed, no one knew what might happen to the Xingfeng Sect. He had previously found the flight attendant who gave him her number and chatted with her for a while; she had broken protocol and escorted him to the restroom without a second thought. She had even wanted to enter with him, but he had declined.
He had just returned to find this woman in his secret chamber, which left him feeling extremely displeased. His home had been broken into twice now. After the incident with He Sandao, he had specifically reinforced the iron door, only to have someone above the Pre-Natal realm show up this time.
Chen Feng was already planning to remodel this mine; he needed to build a fortified stronghold. Otherwise, there was no telling how many more people would barge in.
“Are you from the Jiang family?” Chen Feng asked. The only people he could think of who would come looking for trouble were the Jiangs.
But Jiang Hong did not answer. Instead, she charged toward him with incredible speed. She covered the distance of over ten meters in less than a second.
Jiang Hong unleashed a punch!
As the fist moved, the air seemed to be dragged along by the impact, creating a sharp, frictional sound. Her astral qi and body were one—this was the limit of what a mortal could achieve in a single strike, a punch capable of killing a peak Pre-Natal expert.
Jiang Hong went all out from the very first move, holding nothing back. Although the person before her showed no fluctuations in blood qi and did not appear to be a martial artist, her intuition told her that this man was incredibly dangerous!
Facing such an unknown and perilous enemy, the safest course of action was to use her full strength to kill him in a single blow.
